Four Seasons Hotel Denver Partners with Hyde Park Jewelers
Had a fantastic time at Tinis and Toes last night at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. The hotel looks absolutely gorgeous and the staff upon entering could not have been more warm and helpful. A handful of us ladies in the wedding industry were pampered with champagne, martinis and great spa services.
It is here where we were introduced to the new partnership between the Four Seasons Hotel and Hyde Park Jewelers called Something Borrowed, Something Blue and Something New at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. With this partnership, brides who host their ceremony or reception at the Four Seasons have the opportunity to borrow a necklace and a pair of earrings from Hyde Park Jewelers. What better way for a bride to make a statement?!?
In addition, a bride who hosts a wedding at the Hotel now through December 31, 2010 can receive 3 complimentary nights at the Four Seasons Resort Lana'i, Hawaii or Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Mexico. To read more, please visit the press release.

cloud 9 Wedding: Krista + Erik at the Ritz Carlton, Denver
July 31st - Krista and Erik
Two of the sweetest and fun loving people were married on July 31st and we were lucky enough to be a part of their special day. They are avid travelers and wanted to incorporate the beach, water and Colorado elements. The colors: navy, aqua and ivory which combined a formal overall feel with a playful, bright accent.
It was a hot July day and the bridal party looked fabulous. The ceremony was at the Romantic Gardens at Denver Botanic Gardens. The first reveal for Krista and Erik revealed such wonderful emotions and each had a card to read. After the ceremony, it was off to the Ritz Carlton were guests were greeted with their monogram on the staircase that was also used in there invitation. Guests found their names on rocks to direct them to their table in front of a fantastic water feature. The tables were named after the exciting places they have traveled. A photobooth was on site for guests to enjoy and enjoy they did!
The vendor team (doesn't get any better): Denver Botanic Gardens, Ritz-Carlton, Denver, Jenna Walker Photography, Boogielicious from Pro Entertainment, Perfect Petal, Booth 66, Arrow Stage Lines and Presidential Limo.

Go Green with Candles
“Going Green” is in these days. Why not use this Earth friendly approach in creating your perfect wedding atmosphere? You can start by using eco-friendly invitations and work you way up to an eco-friendly reception. One way to be energy efficient is to use candles as your light source. Not only are they romantic, but they also save energy, especially if you use soy candles. Check out these decorations using candles to create a wonderfully green light source…
