Oh Martha! Unique Bouquets

Inspiration comes from many places and we would LOVE to plan a wedding around one of these bouquets from Martha Stewart Weddings! They are fun, playful, romantic and down right beautiful. I recently had a meeting with Judy Stevenson from A Design Resource – she is a florist that knows her stuff and creates amazing designs and floral pieces. She said “Flowers are meant to bring you in and make you want to touch them. They are to evoke feelings, emotions and happiness". Amen sister!

It's a Baby Sprinkle!

Babies, babies everywhere! We were honored to plan a past wedding client’s baby sprinkle for her to celebrate with her friends and family their second upcoming bundle of joy! A little baby boy was on his way and a circus themed sprinkle was planned with amazing food and fabulous décor and details.

A carousel zebra and pendant flags were in the front entrance of the house to greet guests as they made their way to the house. Once inside, guests were treated to a chef-manned crepe station, elephant shaped tea sandwhiches, blueberry lemonade and petite pastries adorned with blue sprinkles. To continue with the circus theme, a popcorn machine was present along with Cracker Jacks. The florals were colorful and fun to add to the celebration and guests decorated quilt squares that will be made into a wall piece.

Our fabulous vendors for this event were: Gourmet Fine Catering, Frances Photography, Event Rents, Frills Cake Shop, Statice Floral, Sheptons Antiques and Jilly’s Sewing Shop.

It's All in the Details ~ Escort Cards

I know I am a little obsessed about escort cards but it is such a fun and over looked detail that can have a big impact. Not only is it a great way to incorporate your colors and over theme of the wedding, it can double as a favor. Most of these are ours from past weddings sprinkled in with fabulous photos from Style Me Pretty and Martha Stewart Weddings.

We are very excited about Stefanie and Jon’s upcoming wedding in August at Arrowhead Golf Course! With tons of Indonesian elements (including a Gamelan) and lots of rich color, this wedding will be a showstopper! These fantastic engagements pictures were taken by Jason and Gina from Jason+Gina Wedding Photographers around the downtown Denver area. Can’t wait for the wedding!!!
